For each OEPB we should monitor the following information:

-State Machines states (13-15 entities. 15 registers 8bits each).

-number of token not retrieved for normal events.

-number of token not retrieved for calibration events.

-statistics on which channel fires

-check if all channel are calibrated.

-average number of dataword (averaged on 100 events)

-(thresholds settings)

-SEU detected
