The Optical end point placed at the end of the HADES cave. The logical analyzer connected to hades29.

D0: external oscillator

D1(D2): SED detected(active high)

D3: SED checking is in progress(active high. A full fpga scan takes 2-3 seconds)

D4: SED entity CLK, internal generated

D5: SED cycle complete(active high)

When an error is detected a file is saved and the fpga resets itself and the program in the flash is loaded.
