Check that for each sectors the plots tdcvsmb shows data and the hardware reacts to the change in thresholds. You find this plots in the TBrowser-> monitorDir -> mdcDir -> tdcpattern -> real -> (choose the histos you want to see)

Take files for different thresholds (38, 40, 50, 60)

    threshold 40
