TIP shows permanent bus errors

If the error log shows messages like this:

e7_21 tipctrl<E>[26]: tof2tip: Bus Error

Workaround: Please stop DAQ, close hadaq and reboot the crate via slow control

Solution: There is no solution, it is a hardware bug
