Motivation:

• Microscopic structure of strongly interacting matter under extreme conditions
• Vector mesons in baryon-rich, hot and "cold" QCD matter
• Reference measurements in proton and pion induces reactions

Group stucture - dilepton Physics Topics (PT):

• PT1 : Low- and intermediate mass lepton pairs → SIS18/100
• PT2 : Vector mesons (ω, φ) in-medium → SIS18/100
• PT3: Four-lepton analysis and e+e-γ / γγ decays (i.e. π, η, ω, a1) → SIS18/100
• PT4: Feasibility studies of J/ψ measurements in p (30 GeV/c) + p/A collisions → SIS100
